• Local pickup (if selected at checkout)

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

 

Local Pickup

If you select local pickup:

• You will receive an email when your order is ready
• Pickup instructions will be included in that email

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Include your order number and photos of the issue
